Where the grain meets the mountain

Vancouver, Washington

We named it after Silver Star Mountain, the bare ridge east of Vancouver where five ridges meet like the points of a star. My family and I are building a small distillery on our land in Clark County. The plan is a Speyside-style single malt whisky made with natural methods, from grain we'll grow on our own land. We're going to take our time with it.
